Normalize & Prioritize Mental Health

Through practices and modalities of health and transformation,  Vibrant Lives of Montana invites participants to slow down, self reflect, contemplate, and consider the ways in which their habits and beliefs serve them well. Vibrant Lives normalizes and prioritizes mental health by increasing access to radical self care.
Vibrant Lives offers the following:
  • Outpatient Counseling: individual, couples, family, and group therapy.  We accept insurance, offer private pay, and work one on one with individuals who are in need of a sliding scale/waiver of payment.
  • Weekly drop-in yoga and meditation classes (5-7 classes per week).  All of these offerings are free of charge and open to the public, although gratitude gifts are accepted and appreciated. They are available in person and remotely.  These offerings are deeply therapeutic; they are a practice of embodiment, down regulation, and presence.
  • Quarterly guided meditation challenges (21 or 40 days in duration). These opportunities are available remotely and free of charge and open to the public; gratitude gifts are accepted and appreciated. Participants acquire skills for regulating mood and emotion/the nervous system, self reflection/contemplation, as well as compassion and empathy (for self and others).
  • Workshops, 4-6 weeks in duration. These workshops take many different shapes and forms yet always land with the intention of self study and radical self care. In regard to cost for workshops- we say that people may pay what they can.  We have a suggested donation to provide an idea of what it would "cost" and trust that people will "pay what they can." In the event they have nothing to pay and wish to contribute, we offer "exchanges."  Often this looks like assisting with our community's needs (sweeping the floor, cooking for our gatherings, providing childcare, etc).
  • Quarterly sound healing opportunities.  These offerings are available in person, open to the public, and "pay what you can."  Sound healings are meditative in nature and allow for deep relaxation, enhanced mood, decreased pain, and improved sleep.
  • Retreats /intensives.  Intensives are very purposeful periods of time in which we withdraw from our responsibilities in order to reflect upon and address our own needs by learning, practicing, and acquiring skills.  Full and partial scholarships are available as is the opportunity to exchange.
  • Community gatherings.  These gatherings are very often in celebration of the changing of the seasons, the cycle of the moon, and/or in honor of a holiday.  These gatherings are free of charge and open to the public.  Meals are often provided.  Gratitude gifts are accepted and appreciated.
  • Community Outreach & Education. Vibrant Lives of Montana is passionate and committed to ensuring that Beaverhead County and beyond acquire mindfulness skills and a basic understanding of the human nervous system. Educative sessions are experiential in nature and available to organizations, businesses, and faith based communities on a one time basis and/or in a sequential fashion. Vibrant Lives of Montana collaborates with each business/organization to identify needs unique to them and to establish a contribution that feels good for all involved.
