Nonfinancial Contribution/Exchagne

Donating your money is just one way to contribute to the vision and mission of Vibrant Lives of Montana...we have many ways in which you might contribute!!  We invite you to consider how your talents, skills, and time might benefit and enhance the wellbeing of others!

Vibrant Lives of Montana is a collective; many hands make light work.  As a volunteer of Vibrant Lives of Montana, you will be trained and supported.  We ask that when assuming a responsibility, you commit to complete the tasks for at least one season, or one quarter of the year.  Vibrant Lives of Montana is in need of volunteers/contributors for the following roles:

  • Basic Bookkeeper: This person will work with the director to manage the bookkeeping of the organization. We suspect that this role will exact 1-2 hours of your time per week or 4-8 hours of your time per month. 
 
  • Social Media Management: This person will work with the director to manage marketing and outreach via social media.  We suspect that this role will exact 1 hour per week or 4 hours of your time per month. 
 
  • Studio Custodian: This person will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness  inside the wellness studio.  We suspect this role to exact 1.5 hours per week or 6 hours per month.
 
  • Studio Grounds' Keeper: This person will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness outside the wellness studio (sweeping the porches, shoveling the snow, etc). We suspect this to exact 1 hour of your time per week or 4 hours per month. 
 
  • Studio Gardner: This person will be responsible for nurturing the gardens at the wellness studio. We suspect this to exact 1-2 hours of your time per week, or 4-8 hours per month, during the summer and fall.
 
  • Donor/Contributor Steward: This person will work with the director to develop and implement a donor/contributor stewardship program.  We suspect that this role to exact 10 hours of your time per month. 
 
  • Data Analyst: This person will work with the director to analyze data collected and to create and implement new ways in which Vibrant Lives of Montana might collect participant data.  We wish to ensure we are meeting the needs of our community and that our programming is effective/beneficial.  We suspect this role to exact 1 hour of your time per week or 4 hours per month. 
 
  • Volunteer Coordinator: This person will work with the director and the volunteers of Vibrant Lives of Montana to ensure organizational tasks are complete and that volunteers are satisfied and thus know and understand their contribution is appreciated. We suspect this role to exact 1.5 hours of your time per week or 6 hours of your time per month.
 
  • Video Editor: This person will work with the director to brainstorm and create Vibrant Lives of Montana's Online Wellness Library.  We suspect this will exact 2 hours of your time per week or 8 hours per month. 
 
  • Grant Writing Support: This person will work with the director to identify and seek funding relevant to the work of Vibrant Lives of Montana.  We suspect this will exact 5 hours of your time per week or 20 hours per month.
