Melainya walks the path of a “new life midwife,” dedicated to transformation, healing, and presence. A lifelong learner and seeker, she is committed to growth—not just her own, but also the growth of those she journeys with. Her practice is a bridge between worlds, weaving together the wisdom of the Western medical model with the depth of Eastern spiritual traditions.
As a mental health therapist, yoga educator, meditation instructor, and transformational coach, Melainya sees these practices as one—woven together as essential tools for resilience, self-awareness, and inner freedom. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we cultivate PRESENCE: the ability to meet each moment fully, with openness and responsibility for our own energy. From this space, we shift from surviving to thriving, from unconscious patterns to empowered choice.
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." -Carl Jung
Through her teaching and therapeutic work, Melainya collaborates with others to create new realities- ones that are infused with meaning, joy, and peace. She walks alongside others as they step into new possibilities for themselves—guiding them to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and take radical responsibility for their own healing/transformation/evolution. She believes that teaching is simply an extension of her own learning, and learning is what she is made for. Growth is her path. And transformation is her offering.
Melainya recieved her Master's of Science in Counseling from the University of Great Fall in 2012. She is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Montana and serves as a clinical supervisor for those pursuing licensure. She accepts most insurances, cash, and offers a sliding scale. As an integrated mental health provider, she will recommend that you participate in adjunct therapies/complimentary and holistic modalitites.
