Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of age, ability, or yoga experience. Your yoga educator will help you take your practice where you’d like it to go. Please let us know if you have any questions or physical limitations as we will provide appropriate recommendations and options. Feel free to bring your own mat and props or use ours! Check our current seasonal schedule and review our class descriptions to see if a class feels good and right for you.
Most classes meet in person at the wellness studio, with a Zoom option. No registration is needed. Please contact us for the Zoom link. Drop in classes are free of charge. Gratitude gifts are accepted.

In order to help maintain a safe and nourishing space for all who enter, we kindly ask that you honor the following yoga studio guidelines:
Class Etiquette
Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for settling in before class begins.
Please leave your shoes by the door.
Silence or turn off your cell phone.
Limit loud conversations inside the studio before and after class, to respect the space of others. We welcome (and encourage!) pre- and post-class conversations on the porch or sidewalk.
If you're new to the studio, please introduce yourself to the instructor, and feel free to ask any questions that you might have.
Let the instructor know of any issues or limitations that might impact your practice. Accommodations can be made as needed.
Late arrival? No problem! We just ask that you enter quietly and create as little disruption as possible.
