Emily has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and received her 230-hour yoga-teacher training through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She believes deeply in the mental and physical benefits of yoga, and the way that connecting mind, body, and breath can bring ease and comfort, both in complex times and in everyday life. Emily works closely with students to modify positions as needed, in order to accommodate pregnancy, injuries, or other restrictions and limitations. She believes that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, and that everyone can find a yoga practice that works with their unique body and abilities.
