Elaine Spicer

Elaine has practiced yoga and meditation for 25 years, and has taught yoga at the SW MT Family YMCA, 3 Bridges Yoga, UM-Western, Spark into Motion, and Vibrant Lives. She's trained in Anusara Yoga, an alignment-based and heart-centered style of yoga with breath sequenced to movements, holding of poses, and specific positioning for optimal alignment. Elaine's classes often include hands-on adjustments, though students may opt out of this personalized approach.

Additionally, Elaine is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Myofascial Release and Spontaneous Muscle Release, as well as traditional deep-tissue and relaxation techniques.

​Elaine is also s a Level II Usui Reiki Practitioner and leads us in the healing power of sound using Himalayan bowls and other vibrational instruments. Elaine has lived in Dillon for 22 years and has been an active and engaged volunteer with a number of local nonprofit and service organizations.
