Kayla has been teaching yoga since 2016 in various settings, in and outside of the country, at schools, retreats, studios, gyms, and hospitals with all ages. She enjoys sharing the practice of yoga as a wonderful way to connect with others authentically. Kayla particularly loves the magical moment of being in a state of peace and bliss at the end of class, and being able to carry that feeling with her though the rest of the day, week, and throughout this life.
