Feed Your Soul: A Yoga & Nutrition Workshop to Support Mind-Body Health
with Estee Aiken
Wednesdays in January
January 5, 12, 19, and 26, 6-7:30
During this 4-week series, we will address movement and nourishment that help to support a healthy body and mind. Each class will begin with 45-60 minutes of yoga followed by 30-45 minutes of food and discussion (all food will be prepared in advance of the class by the instructor). We will explore topics like "elevating your mood" and "calming the mind and body."
In addition to a yoga mat, attendees may want to bring a notebook and writing utensil for journaling and note taking and dress for a typical yoga practice.
Recipes will be provided to recreate shared food at home.
